Welcome to the forum Ch33z3 !

You will be in for an improved experience coming up from console gaming!   I don't know about needing 240 FPS in Fortnite...lol....as we can only see about 60 FPS with our eyes, and anything above that is just extra...If you were referring instead to a 240 hertz monitor refresh rate, that would be different.

OK need as little more info to suggest something good....
Budget range?
Monitor and resolution you will use?
What else will you want to play?

Well without a budget, I'll suggest a couple good choices to consider... In gaming PC's there is quite a range of components, performance levels and prices. The best mid range bang for the buck plays everything well at 1080P resolution video card is the NVidia RTX 2070. I suspect it would do the job well at high game
settings, so here are two DS systems built around that excellent card.

GOOD...Vanquish 7 Level 4 - $1,799   Config # 2370444
DS 120mm Air cooled Intel i7-8700 6 core CPU...
       Z370 Motherboard...16 GB RAM...240 TB SSD
DS 600w power supply - 2 TB storage drive
RTX 2070 Video Card    LED case fans/Lights

BETTER...Lynx Level 4 - $1,999   Config # 2370455
DS Sealed 240 mm water cooled i7-9700 8 Core CPU
      Z390 Motherboard - 16 GB RAM - 500 TB M.2 SSD
DS 750W power supply - 2 TB Storage drive
RTX 2070 Video Card - RGB case fans/lights

BETTER YET - Lumos build $3,104   Config # 2370476
DS Sealed 240mm water cooled i7-9700K 8 core CPU
     Z390 Motherboard - 16 GB RAM -500 TB M.2 NVME SSD
Corsair 850w power supply- 2 TB storage drive
RTX 2080 Video Card - RGB case fans/lights

Third example is a custom build using the stronger performing RTX 2080 video card, a free Stage 1 Overclock on the i7-9700K CPU, better Asus ROG Strix Z390 motherboard, very fast 500TB M.2 NVME boot drive, bigger 850w Corsair branded PSU, better Corsair branded LL Series RGB fans and cool Corsair Crystal 570X tempered glass case. Corsair branded parts have longer factory warranties.

See what you think might work for you.
