FPS drop hard

   hello, I have a vanquis lvl 4 pc for almost 5 years, no problem what so ever, but since yesterday every 2 or 3 minutes, the fps drop hard, almost like 6 fps for a couple of seconds, the problem is that this is so frequent that the games became unplayable.

heres is the specs

MTH:Gigabyte technology Z170-HDP3-CF

CPU: INTEL CORE i7 6700K

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080

I have:

 -update geforce drives,

-check temperature, they are all ok

-move game settings from high to low

-delet files to get some space on the hard disk

Nothing have worked, and I have no idea what to do next

plz help =(

	Check windows update and see if it is downloading.

	there were none, but i check for updates and i download the lates one, i looks like that fix it, thank you
