My brother plays WoW and we're trying to up his fps. What kind of performance do you think we could expect with a new PSU and a mid-level GPU?

Spec: (Can't afford a whole new config, and definitely not bleeding edge)

3.2 Ghz
533 Mhz FSB
512 MB DDR

Well i don't see a problem with the CPU given the game. But you definitely want to add another 1 gig of ram at least.

What card/psu were you thinking of?

I would also suggest upping your RAM over other things at this point.

50ish? I know he got on my computer, which is only running 60 fps on the game and he said "Wow, this looks good" Ouch I don't know what resolution he wants to run. So far he's been running it as low as he can to help with the framerate. he's not a graphics junkie, just wants something smooth and won't lag on a raid.

well he has the same internet connection as you? his CPU also?

if so then add a ram as suggested above and I think the 4670 should do it for you, never said what resolution.
