Hey guys, I was wondering how you thought my new system might perform (FPS) with some of the more demanding games. They're such titles as, GRAW2, Rainbow Six Vegas, Stalker (don't really care much for this game but it is a hog), Medal of Honor:Airborn (played the demo-must have). I recently purchased the Samsung 22" (226BW) and its resolution is 1680x1050. Do you think I could get away with playing these titles at this resolution and still maintain frames rates that are fluid (more than 30 FPS)? I hate having to tone down graphics for performance, but maybe I might still have to for these games? Anyway, here's my rig: System Configuration:

Well, all I can say is, Yee Ha! Thanks Kelly for your reply. I'm so looking forward to gettin' my hands on my new DS rig! If the machine performs even half as well as DS's customer service does, then I will be well pleased indeed! Happy Labor day!

oh, and as far as not seeing your rig yet, I am truly sorry but yes, we are a bit backed up. I am dreading going to work tomorrow because our builders have been at work all weekend and today (work holiday) cranking out systems. I can only imagine how jammed packed it's going to be in there to get all these orders out! :)

Wel, try not to think too much about tomorrow. BTW, how many rigs does DS put together in a month? |

Sorry, can't disclose that type of information. We push enough to keep ourselves busy, stay in business to provide excellent technical support for our customers year after year.

"Wel, try not to think too much about tomorrow. BTW, how many rigs does DS put together in a month?" I could tell you, but then Alex would have to kill both of us. |
