Whats a good frame capturing software so i can render some good clips from CoD4?

I haven't tried it yet (still waiting on my new DS), but MaximumPC had good things to say about Fraps.    www.fraps.com

Fraps is by far the best. If you are having issues with it, there is also gamecam.
The only thing that keeps me wishing on a wishing star.
