got my DSO twister lite last week and its awesome i have built pc's in the past and although i know what im doing i never could make it look and run this good ( i have lots to learnWink) .  got a question though if in the future i want to upgrade ram or ad a second video card do i have to buy the parts from DSO or do i get them local and would i have to send my pc back to DSO ? i dont want to void any warranty . either way just want to say to DSO thanks it was worth the wait Clap

if you look in your ds user manual it tells you that thay give you the freedom to upgrade your pc. and i think thay use new egg so you will not have to get the parts from them

As William said, our warranty gives you the freedom to upgrade your PC however you wish. We will just not cover any component not purchased through us in the warranty. We will also not cover a component that has been modified. For example, if you were to cut a hole in your case for additional fans we would be unable to cover the case in our warranty.
