Freezing issue

So I have had my Vanquish 5 since the beginning of April. Just today I Started watching Netflix and after a show or two my computer froze. Right before it froze the audio got laggy. I could not Ctrl Alt Del or shut if off with the front power button so i had to turn it off from the back. I was concerned but it started right back up again so I thought it was ok. An hour or 2 later the same thing happened again. I have not had this issue while playing games or watching YouTube. The reason i think it may be a computer issue is that it completely freezes not just the browser. I have not tried any thing yet and there are no error messages

I would try a different browser, like Firefox. Browser issues will freeze the whole PC.

I doubt it's the computer if gaming, etc work.
