well as Dragoonseal has mentioned we can't help you till we know what the pc is mainly used for and if its for gaming then we need to know the native resolution of your monitor.

Rig will be used for gaming and some video editing. Going to be getting a 30 inch monitor so 2560 x 1600. I wanted to future proof as much as possible, but you now future proofing and computers..LoL

Why not go with the 980 hexa? and what does the hailstorm offer me that the 932 doesnt?

hexa cores are awesome if you do a ton of multi-threaded operations. other than that, you really don't see any performance increase compared to the quad-core I7 Extreme.

hailstorm is bigger so it offers you more room which comes in handy when you are talking LC on cpu/gpu.

the 980x as of right now makes 4 fps difference from a 930, so I dont' think $1000 is worth 4 fps, I don't think anything is worth 4 fps, specially when you are already gonna be getting all the fps you gonna need from sli 480, so the 4 fps will never ever be noticed.
