i think it may be from the lastest windows update but can no longer open, cant change RGB from default, and cant control fans.
really need this to work ty

Try to re-install the software using the download links located at "My Account" on our website at the top under "Support". If you still need help, please reach out to our support team.

Ive completely uninstalled game center, and re installed fresh from my account support page download. Still not working. Sent a support ticket but still no reply. Im guessing they are trying to find a solution or something. but this is def a major problem for me

DS Support will be closed over the weekend. If you don't hear anything by the end of Monday you can try to email the head of the Customer Service - Ronald ([email protected])... or the guy in charge of "Getting Things Done" - Alex ([email protected]).

I'm having the same issue of not being able to open Game Center U my Avon 17.

Tried the usual uninstall + reinstall with no luck.

Let me know if you've found a solution. I would like to control the fans again.

I removed/uninstalled windows update titled "Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4515384)" and now my GamingCenterU Works again.

Edit:

For those that may not know how to do that.
Start > Settings > Update & Security > Under "Windows Update" there should be an option called "View Update History" > Another button titled "Uninstall Updates" > the rest should be somewhat self explanatory

awesome that u got it to work with that unfortunatly i do not have a KB4515384.
also i believe its KB4512941 is when it stopped working

EDIT: Just deleted KB4512941 and Game Center is working!

Is anybody still facing the problem with Gamecenter?
Have you tried uninstalling and then installing again?
Does uninstalling that Windows update (KB4515384) work?

im again unable to launch game center... is there ever going to be an update for this software?? looks like its just not compatible with any windows updates.

Ever since that first go around with it breaking I've basically never been able to keep any of the regular updates to windows because they always break it for some reason. After this long I'm really starting to doubt there is gonna be any sort of update to the GC app on their part. Surprising to say since that app controls the 2 major things on the system.
