Currently have a GTX 295 and I cannot run SWTOR for more than 30 minutes before BSOD.  I've had this problem since I got the computer from DS a few years ago, but it was very infrequent.  Now it's happening whenever I try to run the game.

Here is a readout from WhoCrashed:

On Sat 1/7/2012 12:10:43 AM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\010612-15968-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: hal.dll (hal+0x12A3B)
Bugcheck code: 0x124 (0x0, 0xFFFFFA80073C4028, 0xFA000000, 0x400405)
Error: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
file path: C:\Windows\system32\hal.dll
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: Hardware Abstraction Layer DLL
Bug check description: This bug check indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred. This bug check uses the error data that is provided by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA).
This is likely to be caused by a hardware problem problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system which cannot be identified at this time.

WhoCrashed does not tell you what did it all the time.

upload the actual dump file let me look at that.

swtor does not utilize sli correctly, have you disable the sli in your 295 and tried that?
