Gaming Comp for select few games

Budget:
My Budget is about 1600 max.

Expectations:
I want to have a good performance desktop that can be up gradable for the next few years. I would really like to have a i7 2600 as I feel they will be good future wise.

Usage:
My usages will mainly be Civilization 5, League of Legends, Empire Total War, Shogun 2 Total war, Starcraft 2, and when the release Diablo 3, Torchlight 2, and lastly Star Wars The Old Republic.

Special Needs:
I just want to play the above games smoothly and with no hiccups at 1920 x 1080 . I am willing to part with AA and Shadows (most of the time games look better without and performance is better lol)

Specifications:
I was looking at the ODE Level 1 , but I do not know much about computers at all and not really sure where it rates to what I need. I was referred to Digital Storm by a friend as he says they have amazing custom built computers and support.
