Budget:
$1200 (I prefer the cheapest build possible though because I know Quake 3 Arena is an old game lol). I need a mouse, keyboard, and a monitor.

Expectations:
I just want high frames per second on Quake 3 Arena.

Usage:
I'm just gonna be playing Quake 3 Arena.

Thanks!

Your res is dependent on the montior's native res, so its teh monitor that decides the res.

for example, a 19" would be around 1600 x 1200 res, a 24" would be around 1900 x 1200 res and a 30" would be around 2560 x 1600 res.

now those are just basic numbers, you have to check each monitor independently.

I don't want to go bigger than 19" for a monitor.
