Budget:
$2000 - $2400
Expectations:
Play games such as SC2 on high FPS, no lag issues.
Work as a network admin, also for home usage.

I need some advice on a gaming laptop, I wish I could but a desktop but I need the portability.
I am looking between Xoticpc and Digital storm.
I know that both companies use clevo/sager laptops and rebrand them, DSO selling them as their main laptops. I am also looking at Asus ROG laptops.
I would put a good configuration on all these 3 laptops but I would like your first opinion.
I know that I am in DSO site and some opinions might be one directional but this would be my first gaming laptop and 2k – 2.4k it’s a lot of money to spend on a cp.
Also I read that the keyboard size is small on these laptops any input on this.

Thank for your help

Can't really give any preference for the others as I don't have any experience with them. I know most the notebooks are going with smaller keyboards so you'll have to look at pictures to see what each looks like.

Here's a DS build that fits your budget. You didn't give any parameters (such as screen size, storage needs) so my build is something sort of general purpose:

901330 $2322 15" Lance
HailStorm II
i7 4770K @ 4.5GHz
Asus Maximus VI Extreme
16GB Corsair Dominator Platinum
3xSLI EVGA SuperClocked GTX TITAN
Samsung 840Pro SSD 256GB+512GB
HydroLux+XSPC CPU/MoBo/GPU Liquid Cooling

hi
thanks for your advice. I am looking for a 17" laptop, with a 4800 or 4900 processor. I am still looking at the keyboard size, I have currently a toshiba Qosmio that needs to be replace but the keyboard size is great. I just need a faster, better graphic cards, SSD drive, GTX 780 probably. :) thanks for your help in advance

To get those specs, you'll have to bump up your budget up a little bit. Here's a configuration using the Krypton 17" with the 4800MQ & 780M: 901754 $2531
HailStorm II
i7 4770K @ 4.5GHz
Asus Maximus VI Extreme
16GB Corsair Dominator Platinum
3xSLI EVGA SuperClocked GTX TITAN
Samsung 840Pro SSD 256GB+512GB
HydroLux+XSPC CPU/MoBo/GPU Liquid Cooling
