Gaming/Multimedia setup - Help please

   I'm interested in buying a computer from DigitalStorm.  I have built every computer I have own in the past.  I have never done water cooling or overclocking.  I would like to do these things, but would like a prepared one to slowly work my way into that.  I am a Gamer.  I specifically play Team Fortress 2. I would like to play Resident Evil 5, Left 4 Dead, and others.  I'm not patient when it comes to slow computers.  From what I read it looks like i'll be getting an SSD Harddrive.  I do have questions and comments.  Perhaps someone could recommand a configuration. My budget is anywhere from $3000-4000.

Case: Can't decide between HAF 932 or Corsair obsidian 800d.  I would assume that if i'm getting a water cooled system Corsair would be more logical.  I do like the dust filters also. HAF has excellent air flow.

Processor: Looking to overclock an I7 920, 960, 975?  The 920 is the most logical.  What kind of difference in performance will the 960/975 air cooled make over a 920 water cooled?  I'd like to be over 4.0Ghz

Ram:  I'm assuming that 6GB is enough.  I see people recommending the Corsair memory of mushin.  I do like to have several windows open at once.

Video Card:  I don't have a clue.  The 295, 2x275, 5780?  What will give me the best performance for the games I play? At what point do I start wasting money in the price per performance.

Motherboard: Best long term solution.  I might get into overclocking.

Harddrive1: SSD OS/Games/Programs (recommand?)
Harddrive2: Movies/Others At least 1TB (recommand?)
RAID: Never done it.  Only if increased performance is noticeable.

Chassis Mod (fan) for video card on Corsair:  Necessary or unneccesary?
OS perferance boost: Necessary or unneccesary?

Water cooled;  Stage 1 or Stage 3? Is water cooling video card neccessary?

Water cooled tubes would be red.

Sound card: Price/performance
Network Card: Price/Performance

Blue Ray drive: (what kind is DS) Would I be better off installing a better one myself?
DVD player: yes
Media Card reader: yes
