Fast delivery is up in the air "with the current situation". It's possible they're not that busy with folks focused elsewhere. But no doubt they are missing a few folks that can't get outside.

Here's a sample build for your budget. this will be a VERY powerful rig for 1080p gaming.

Digital Storm Desktop - Config ID 2942167

It comes in at $2701 with the $300 discount.

Top 9900K gaming CPU
Excellent MSI Gaming Pro Carbon mobo
32GB of RAM for future needs
850W PSU with plenty of power overhead for future add-ons.
An NVMe M.2 512GB very fast SSD for the primary drive
2TB HHD for backup
An RTX 2070 SUPER GPU which will never fail to deliver excellent performance at 1080p, and will serve very
well if you want to step up to 1440p monitor res in
the future. It's a little overkill, but it's in the budget!
Internal lighting 'cuz it's free.
Upgraded case fans for plenty of bling showcasing your
rig. This plus the extra 16 GB of RAM got you to the $3000 mark to score the extra $100 discount. Up to you.
Stage one free overclock because it's safe, and the CPU is designed to allow it.

To see this build in the configurator, copy the ID only and plug it into the window that opens when you select "Load Config" in the upper right of the main DS screen.

It's conceivable they're not excessively occupied with people concentrated somewhere else. In any case, presumably they are feeling the loss of a couple of people that can't get outside.
