Gaming Rig

I'd like your advice on a config I'm putting together. My current rig from TigerDirect is dead and I need something new.

Budget: around $3,000.00

I have a 27" ViewSonic (VS2702w) monitor running 1900 x 1080.

Expectations:
75% gaming - SWTOR, any good FPS, etc.
25% browsing, music, general stuff
I like to multi-task. I'll be playing SWTOR and need to browse something on amazon.com or newegg. I don't want to have to close out the game but just click over. The game would run in window'd mode.

Special Needs:
I have 3 drives I need to install in the system for storage.

Also, can someone explain how the warranty works? i.e. i have a mobo that dies 2 years, 3 months in. How do I get it repaired? Do they send me a part and I put it in place? Does a tech come on site? Do I send it back?
