Budget:
$3400-3700(After %15sale) I'm assuming it will cost around $600 shipping (With the crate) to Australia, don't want to spend more than $4100-4200 total.

Expectations:
I picked up a Dell Ultra Sharp U2711(res 2560 x 1440) the other day.
Would like to be able to Game with max graphics.

I would recommend a different motherboard such as the ASUS sabertooth or the Rampage III Extreme if you plan to overclock it yourself. Also fan controller is not worth the money. Some ASUS motherboards come with a program called fan Xpert that control them but I have not personally tried it. Finally check out the Buying/Posting guide by !ender if you haven't done so.

I would try this: ticket number: 462330

It comes in a little above budget so you may have to tweak it a little.  You don't need the fans or controller.  That money is better spent on an second video card.  You will have to stretch your budget if you want liquid cooling or go with a Noctua and include the sound card, bigger SSD, etc.

I also recommend the HailStorm case for a dual loop system.  There's more room and both rads are contained within the case.

Coltman, the normal configuration for DSO's dual loops is one triple internal rad and one external double.  The fully internalized config has been recently debuted for the special Chilled LCS set up, which has three rads internalized in the modified 800d case, a tripple up top, a double down in the bottom and a single on the back behind where the CPU sits.

I thought all dual loop systems were now housed internally in the HailStorm?
