For the addition to my house to be done sooner rather than later.  These things always take longer than they should.

1250 Sq feet (2 floors of 625) New Master bedroom, bath and closet and the second floor will be a big single room used for storage, sewing area for my wife and gaming area for me.

Waiting on the last of the rough-in work to be complete now that the Spiral StairCase has finally come in and can be place in the house and the area of the addition that has not been sealed so that the stairs can be brought inside the house can be sealed.  Then the inspections (Electical, Plumbing, Framing) can be done.

After that the insulation goes in and then another inspection. 
 
Then comes drywall, electrical finish work, plumbing finish work, bathroom floor tiling, wood floor installation, and finally painting.
 
So there probably is another 6 weeks to go.

lol I was gonna ask about the flooring but you already said wood, very nice, single sink bathroom or double? what kinda of tiling you getting done? what kind of insulation?

Yeh, my bother-in-law installs hardwood floors for a living so he doing it and not charging labor.
 
I don't remember what my wife picked out for the tile, other than it is ceramic and I'm not sure on the insulation other than it is contactor packs of the pre-cut pieces.
