Hey Folks,
I've had my Aventum 3 for about 5 years. It's been an amazing machine! It's fully liquid cooled (both the CPU and 2 video cards). It's powerful and whisper quiet. Two years ago I upgraded it with with some new liquid cooled 2080 Ti video cards. However, it's also a very large machine, and it weighs about 100 lbs. Although that made sense when I first purchased it, I have decided to replace it with a smaller Velox machine that fits into my new office a bit easier. Thus, it's time to sell this lovely machine. I'll probably put it up for sale on eBay in a few weeks. What do you think something like this would sell for? Here are the specs: Chassis Model: Aventum 3 Processor: Intel Core i7 5930K 3.5GHz (Six-Core) (Unlocked CPU) Motherboard: ASUS X99 RAMPAGE V USB 3.1 (Intel X99 Chipset) (Up to 4x PCI-E Devices) System Memory: 32GB DDR4 2800MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX (High-Performance) Power Supply: 1500W Corsair AX1500i (Digitally Controlled Power) Optical Drive: DVD-R/RW/CD-R/RW (DVD Writer 8x / CD-Writer 8x) Storage: 1x SSD (512GB Samsung 850 PRO) Internet Access: High Speed Network Port (Supports High-Speed Cable / DSL / Network Connections) Graphics Cards: 2x SLI (EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti FTW3 ULTRA HYDRO COPPER) Sound Card: Integrated Motherboard Audio Extreme Cooling: H20: HydroLux Level 4: Digital Storm Exotic Custom Cooling System (2x Video Cards + CPU + Chipset) H20 Tube Color:Red Tubing Chassis Fans: Corsair Airflow Performance Edition Internal Lighting: Digital Storm RGB LED Lighting System (Requires Thermal Management Control Board & Software) Airflow Control: Digital Storm Thermal Management Control Board & Software Windows OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home (64-Bit Edition) Recovery Tools: Windows Recovery Toolkit (Bundled with Windows CD) I'm not going to ship this lovely beast, so I'll be limited to local buyers in the San Francisco Bay Area, or someone willing to travel. I have a feeling I might need to sell it for parts rather than as a whole. That would solve the shipping problem. However, I figured it might be worth trying to sell it as a single unit first. What do you think a good price on eBay would be? |

Here are a couple of images. This shows the original 3x SLI 980 Ti video cards. I'll have to take some new photos of the current 2x SLI 2080 Ti cards.
