Getting worried

Been in stage 5 for 18 days now. What worries me is that I got two separate calls from DS informing me that my CPU got too hot during testing and that I needed to upgrade my cooling system. Dec. 30, stage 5 began. Jan. 10, DS calls the first time to authorize upgrade. Get e-mail confirming upgrade same day. Jan. 15, got second call from DS informing and advising a cooling upgrade....that was discussed and confirmed the week before. Jan. 17, haven't heard anything from DS.
