From the director of highly acclaimed Gaming PC vs Console
THE GODFATHER POLL "...A CONTROVERSY THAT HAS BEEN ARGUED SINCE THE DAWN OF TIME" --Batman34 Since the words "I'm gonna make him an offer he can't refuse" hit the screen, people of all ages have argued whether this film is cinematic history or just a failed movie. It will be up to the users on Digital Storm to end this debate once and for all... Rated R[Trolling,Arguing,& Yelling] |

It's been many years since I saw it, but I voted Yes based on a long dormant synapse that just fired up.

This poll needs to be revised to only have the "Yes" option.

I'll tell you this, Peter Griffin did not care for The Godfather.

I thought the sequel was better than the original but that's basically saying I like chocolate cake over pie for me. If I remember correctly, I believe that AMC is running a Godfather marathon starting today.

My favorite movie/movies. Al Pacino should have won an oscar. I watch all 3 of the Godfather movies at least 3-4 times a year. Loved the book and when it was announced they were making the movie I couldn't wait. Yes I'm that old. Also enjoy the 7 hour epic Godfather that was on HBO which was amazing with 5.1 sound. One of the things I like in the movie/movies was the shot of Michael sitting in the "chair" with legs crossed and that look on his face. Power (and evil) radiating to all in the room with him. Coppola's masterpiece. Yes I'm a Godfather fangirl.

The "Godfather" is pretty much flawless, and one of the greatest films ever made.

Definitely not a great film IMO. I do own the trilogy on Betamax and LaserDisc but have been sitting on my shelf collecting dust, maybe I'll watch one of my sets tonight.

I understand. Everyone like different things. That's why they make chocolate and vanilla. If everyone liked the same thing, life would be rather boring. |

Those are my favorite formats. Absolutely hate DVD and Blu-Ray. LaserDisc did last 20+ years. Anyways, not a fan of The Godfather. The End.

They were better formats but other market considerations made VHS and DVD the winners. I have a ton of LPs and casettes. The reel to reel died.
