Good Gaming pc?

I'm starting to begin to get a gaming desktop, i currently use a laptop which gives me a bad gaming experience on most games.

I was to be able to sustain 60+ frames on games like pubg, fortnite, and overwatch, and Battlefield V, I'm not really not really into graphic intense games, but want a good pvp gaming experience on pc I'm considering buying the vanquish level 3, or the best config of the vanquish 7.
Is this a good choice to start off with, or will i require something more powerful?

If the budget will allow for V7L4 then that would be the way to go.

The Vanquish level 4 is a terrific bargain. It will crush the heck out of your laptop and be all you need for years!
