I bought a lumos back in 2019, specs below

My question is can I upgrade to a evga 3080ti ftw3 without any issues with cpu, and current power supply? Thanks for any input…. |

No CPU issue that I know of.

Thanks for the reply Cretae, all I use this pc for is digital combat simulator and Iracing both in vr. Will the 3080ti improve on what I have already in a significant way?

I really don't know the answer, but I think the 2080 Ti should be fine for VR in any use. I have no experience with VR to know how more power impacts the experience once you have exceeded minimum specs by as much as you have. Seems to me this would be a very poor time to make such an expensive upgrade without knowing exactly how it would impact VR. The next gen Nvidia cards will be out within about 6 months, and you'd almost double your bang-for-buck if prices come down at all. The new cards project to be a minimum of 30% stronger at every price point.
