Graphics Card for Samsung 22incher

If I get the Samsung 22 inch monitor should I get the 8800 GTS 320 MB card or the 8800 GTS 640 MB card?
 
I know if I am not running resolutions above 1600x1200 or something like that, I should stick with 320 MB.
 
Suggestions?

Gary, I just purchased the Sammy 22" and it is sweet. But, its resolution is 1680x1050. Pretty demanding resolution. You can run games at a lower resolution, but your images may seem a little stretched and squashed. The rig I'm building will have the 8800 GTX/768. I don't know what your budget is, but if you could go to the GTX series, I think you may be better off in the long run? Now, there are those here who are way more able and trained to advise you than me. This is just my opnion of course.

Get the 320MB or get the GTX. Don't waste the money on 620mb for 1-5 fps increase.
The only thing that keeps me wishing on a wishing star.
