When I try to update my driver for my ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 on my laptop I get a message saying "AMD Catalyst Mobility cannot be downloaded to incompatible hardware/software on your computer".
What I get from this is that either the hardware is broken or that I don't have any of the software. But when I go to my programs, the graphics card files are there. Does this mean my graphics card is broken? Does anyone have any ideas as to what's going on? |

I'm pretty sure I did according to my specs I have Windows 7 64-bit. Which is what I picked. I've gone thru everything multiple times to make sure it's right and the update installer keeps telling my my GC isn't there.
Would it be possible that I'm missing some sort of program file? |
