Hello All :D

I have a brief question I was wondering about...

If I want to SLI two GTX 480s from different makes, say an EVGA super-clocked and a normal Gigabyte GTX 480, would that be possible? Or do both Graphic cards have to be exactly the same type?

No, they can be different. Just make sure they are clocked the same speeds or you might get some oddities like low minimum FPS spikes.

Don't buy Evga's superclocked cards tho, cause all they do is overclock the cards and add 100 bucks to the price, whereas you can overclock them for free if you're planning on getting a rig from here.
