Are my temps to high I have a stock EVGA GTX 480 and I run furmark and the temps get up to 82 degress and stay around 80 with temps at 100% with EVGA precision tool.

too many variables, but basic answer no, and it must be very loud locked in at 100%? lol
It is much nicer to use a program that the fan speed increases with temps. like MSI afterburner, unless you just wanted to run at 100% to get the best temps, for testing purposes.

I dont have the fans locked at 100%, just using it to see how hot the temps are and the fans where loud by the way lol.

I run mine at fan speed of 75 all the time and while gaming for hours on left 4 Dead 2 and my room temp is usually 72-75 F  My Card according to Evga Precision is idling right now non gaming at 49C and after hours of gaming hits 79C is the highest i have seen it go.  i have the HAF-X Case all air cooled.  After gaming i bump the fan up to 100% and let it run for a few minutes before shutting down my rig for the night gets it back to 39C
