DS does a very mild OC on the gpu, you will see no difference from it, and that card is not needed, I also believe theis card takes 3 pcie lanes, so you many not be able to go dual on some the p67 mobos.

in short I say don't get it, specially if you are going with sli or have sli future plans, this would be waste.

from the reviews I have seen the fans still rampup, they are loud, just not as loud as the stock fans.

this card actually runs at ~30% on load (crysis) and is much cooler, i have decided against reference for this card because its quieter and i have the case airflow to get a card that exhausts all around.

basically, its this or the twin frozer ii or iii

edit: this has two 90mm fans, and are a lot quieter than a blower fan, more blade surface area = more air at lower speeds and sounds

look no matter what you read that card under full load, will be loud at least 35dba, even with LC when under full load, I can only get the temps so low, its not like these 2 fans are gonna give you that supper cool temps, most likely instead of say 75c you will have 65c, we are not talking a huge difference.

the rest is upto you.
