Hey Guys, I'm looking to upgrade to a Entire new rig.

I've got most of it sorted but I really wanna know if the $219 more for the GTX 580 is worth it? I can't go too expensive. It should be one which would run FPS games on full graphics no prob. These are the GPU's im considering:
GTX 570 1.2Gb
GTX 580 1.5Gb
GTX 580 1.5Gb Black Ops Edition EVGA
GTX 480 1.5Gb Superclocked EVGA

I would really appreciate the help since I'm still saving.
Thanks

what resolution is your monitor?
I would not get a GTX 480.
don't get an overclocked card, you can overclock it yourself for free, or flash an overclocked BIOS on the standard card to give it the same speeds.
$219, is a ton of cash for the little bit in extra performance, but the GTX 580 is the king, and so it can be a tough choice, GTX 570 great card for the money, and a better value, GTX 580 top dog, by around 18% over the GTX 570...you can gain around 20% more speed out of the GTX 570 by overclocking it yourself, with our help.   Big%20Smile
