So my GTX295 fan stopped working today...I noticed it because I kept getting kicked to desktop from games and saw the fan is stopped.  Any ideas how to fix this?

try taking it out and blowing it out very well with air duster
 
if that doesnt work, you could try oiling the fan...
 
if that doesnt work, time for a new card =(

Thanks the fan is working now,  but my computer is not.Cryjust posted another message about that
