Hello I just opened and booted my vanquish level 4 system! By far the best rig I have ever owned. I have also never used water cooling before and I have some questions.

First, Does the Q-fan in bios have to remain disabled when using a water cooler or can this be used to auto-control fan speed?

the fan attached to the Corsair H60 water cooling unit is running at max constantly. Is this normal?
The fan is extremely loud and with no load and constant temps of 30 degrees C it doesnt seem like it should be running that fast and loud.

Is there a better way to manage the fan speed specifically on the water cooler unit?

Should I buy or install a different fan on it?

I am totally new to liquid cooling and any tips or help would be much appreciated.
