Had an issue with my husbands new laptop.  2 weeks ago called DS about what looked like a video card malfunction.  Before they got back to me I reset everything and went back to a restore point.  Which seemed to work.  Then about 5 days ago my hubby told me it was all screwy again (screen).  So called DS yesterday and Gordon got back in touch real quick.  Now I'm no engineer so he had to repeat a few things.  He was very patient.  The video card needed an update which I didn't get and he found right away.  No more green screen!  Also had me do a stress test for 2.5 hrs. and it passed. Big%20Smile
Quick, easy and no condescending like somebody else who rhymes with Hell.
