Ok i picked up a HAF 922 for a build now i wanted to know if it would be possible to wire a 2nd LED Fan to the LED on/off? (as i would like to add another red LED to the side)
Also if the cooler master megaflow 200mm isn't the right fan to try this with can you recommend me a side LED fan to add? |

that is the led fan you want and you can't add another led fna to the on/off switch of the current led fan. |

You are not gonna be able to do it without rewiring/soldering.
you can try and see if the front led fan for it can be bought and connected, that one has a led switch. |

that might be an option i have a friend that is an electrician so ill see what he can do about the wiring and cooler master site doesn't have the megaflow w/ on/off switch but ill keep looking thanks for the help if he can get the on/off switch to work ill post back Edit: wait i found one w/ on/off ill have to look into this more Edit2: seems the places they list it to be sold are out of stock anyway this is the fan http://coolermaster-usa.com/product.php?product_id=2918 ill have to look around more places for it Edited by Hitokiri Battousai - 07 Jun 2011 at 6:57pm |

lol i found sort of a how to guide on overclock.net from what they showed its pretty simple to do just gotta pull out the D2 diode ,and add a wire to the left side of were the diode was and wire that into the red wire off the fan with a switch from what i could gather my friend said something that simple is no problem so i guess i just gotta get the parts now |
