HAF 932 front fan not spinning

I just got my computer 4 days ago and the front fan has stopped spinning.  I can see it wants to...it kind twitches every 5 seconds or so. Not sure what happened. Unfortunately rebooting the computer doesn't seem to help.  I'd hate to have to ship it back for a fan issue.  Any ideas on what I can try?  I saw where the connector was for the side door fan, is this fan connector easy to find?  Any help would be most appreciated.

there will be a cable coming from the fan that you can disconnect and reconnect to see if that helps. if that doesnt help, dso can send you a replacement. no reason to send it back
 
admittedly, thats a tough fan to get in and out though =(
