Is the haf x blue edition be configured/ special ordered? Any idea what the additional charge would be?

I can understand where you are coming from. Essentially what happens is, you order the case from a 3rd party dealer.

This process is done like normal, except you have the case shipped to Digital Storm instead of yourself. (I think DS might also be willing to order it directly, but this might incur further expenses, not sure). You would obviously have worked this out with DS beforehand so that they don't wonder why in the world a case showed up at their doorstep. So you have the cost of the case + shipping.

The extra fee (which again, I am not even sure on), comes from the warranty. On all of DS' in-house stock, they factor warranty coverage into the price. For your HAF-X Blue, there was no warranty beyond the manufacturers included in the cost. So DS will add in an extra free which is essentially them backing the case beyond the manufacturer's warranty. This is necessary because for DS to special order you a product creates a whole range of variables that are not present by using their own stock.

or you can just have them replace the red 230mm fan with a blue one. Then you can either config your blue after you get the rig or have DS do it. Or you can just keep the red light off. Both of these ideas cost less than ordering the BLUE case.
