HAF32 case fans?

Are the fans that come with the case substantial enough to get the job done or should I spring for the Chassis Airflow upgrade option (Upgrade Chassis With Zalman Performance Fans (Up to 6 Fans))?

Also would the Zalman fans be the same size as the HAF32 fans or would they  be smaller and just more of them?

the HAF comes with 3 x 230mm fan, zalmans are 120mm fans

airflow upgrade depends on what you are getting, most time the HAF stock is good.
