Greetings one and all,
Finally able to get everything together here and let everyone know about this absolutely AMAZING PC that DS put together for me. To begin with I wanted to start out with Shipping/Receiving og the unit. 1) The First step of it's trip to me by "SB Freight" was great they had it to the local warehouse by Tuesday (after being picked up the previous Thursday @ DS) which was great time getting it to Ohio. 2) the end Shipper/Delivery had to be contacted (by me) on Weds. as I hadn't heard anything from them by late on that date. The lady I spoke with confirmed that the item was at their warehouse and should be delivered the next day. Thursday about noon I get a call from them that I expected to be from them about to make delivery but, instead was from another lady saying that she wanted to make delivery arrangements for Friday...grrrr. I explained my conversation of the previous day and she asked for me to hold... about 10 minutes later she gets back on saying it sill be here within a few hours. Lo and behold at 1325 hrs their he is at the front door WOOOOHOOOOO' 3) The pallet was completely destroyed and the box was (still strapped to the pieces of the pallet) on it's side with the BIG ARROWS on the side showing the correct way it was to be shipped. so he cut it away from the pallet grabs it and lifts. I ask if he minds taking it inside and he replies "No Problem" sets it on the front porch and be fore I can say anything ...rolls it thru the front door. UNBOXING: The_Box.jpg It's in good shape as you can see even after the abuse Open_Box.jpg Nice Packaging ain't it Mmmmmm_Swag_!.jpg Look at all the Swag mmmmmmm First_peek.jpg Just so ya know...this thing was so well packed that we could barely get our hands down the sides to extract it from it's comfy lil Cocoon. |

This thing is massive and def. takes two people to manage it's Size and Weight.a nice thing when we were moving this beast there was NO sign or sound of anything moving within it's cavernous interior at all. this thing is so tightly built even after being rolled into the house and THAT simply amazed me considering all the components involved in it's build. Kudos to all of the build team on this thing. First power up and it had no troubles what so ever. it immediately recognized all displays attached to it as well as all routers, external drives as well as all of it's componentry. have run it thru some games Rift/GW2/Neverwinter/Splinter Cell/Tera etc. All games at MAX settings and it just chews em up and spits em out. Have also run it thru some of my Graphics Arts programs Anime Studio/Autodesk Sketchbook/Adobe Photoshop/Maya/etc. once again with no problems at all. |

At least one of the problems is that 3dmark11 is not a top level domain. It needs that in with a . after the subdomain of the website. the URL should look like this: http://www.3dmark11.com/3dm11/7021937 It their website doesn't seem to be working for me. It looks like they are using an Amazon cloud server; I read earlier about them have a problem with a data center. Edited by danjw1 - 26 Aug 2013 at 1:08pm |

I'm confused on one thing when looking at the pictures.
Yes, this is multiple questions, but all related to the one topic: Do they run a dual loop in the 900D? I see a tube res, but do they also have a dual bay res? Is that a config you requested instead of dual tube res? Anyways, the system looks great. How do they do their cooling set up? How many radiators and what size do they give a tri-sli titan set up? |

Tio- glad you happy with the new rig. Looks very nice! With that CPU and that much RAM you must be running like a .... Well very fast anyway. Thankfully it survived a rolling torture test by your delivery driver.
Meller- the dual loop is part of the cooling package, stage five with multi GPU, chipset and CPU cooling. Multi reservior is specially requested. You can spec out what ever you want ( or need) and DS will build it. Email Alex for more info. |

I would hope it would be a dual loop, especially when cooling three cards, chipset, and cpu. If it was just one card, I'd understand and maybe two. So you/he requested one tube and one bay?
God I love that Digital Storm fitting's on the Hydro Copper's. Sexy |

DAMN but she looks good don't she !? Just noticed the new cooling system to.....GRRRRR is standard now as well. How can I get that Alex ? No pun intended but that is "Cool" as hell
