You'd have to select the number of graphic cards you want and the cpu and whether you want the chipset under water, and then call or email DS. I have seen similar builds with different rad setups, with one having 360mm and 240mm rad and another with dual 360s.

Call DS for a definitive answer.

Per feedback from customers/etc... our team tries to maximize the liquid cooling system as much as possible for large cases like the Hailstorm II. We would use two large radiators if you have both CPU and video card liquid cooling. We would mainly use 360mm+ size radiators now in the Hailstorm II.

Thanks Alex. Plan on running folding@home and maybe adding gpu later, 2 rads are great.

Just to clear things up, Mine was a Hailstorm II stage 5 dual GPU CPU and chipset. The water cooling was a 480 on top and a 240mm on the bottom. You can look at a couple of HS rigs with the same configuration and similar cooling setup. Some users specified special reservoirs, but the rads are the same 48 cm and 24 cm. unless you want different, you will need to special order the gear you want. I have not seen a post of dual 360 mm radiators.
