It matters what is important to you.
The hailstorm is of much better build quality, has the hot swappable HDDs in the front, is better sealed to keep out dust, will be quieter, last longer, do water cooling much better, better wire management.
The HAF has a love or hate look, so, could be a plus, could be a minus, they both have tool-less crap which tends to fail, and make for a case that will rattle, vibrate, the HAF is an "open air" case so more noise more dust.
There is a large price difference between the two, so that is where you have to pick the batter value... The only cases that I have ever thrown away in my life were all Coolermaster cases, they never hold up to abuse, heavy modding, ect. but if you don't care about those aspects, then it is a mute point.
