I haven't used those that you mentioned,

I use and like

WinUtilities

and

CCleaner

CCleaner does the job for me. Free on filehippo or you can upgrade it if you want.

Nope, no experience with those, but I can vouch for CCleaner as well. 
My Two Digital Storm Rigs: Mr. Bojangles (HAF-X, 2010) & Mrs. Bojingles (Bolt I, 2013).
