Kelly has the patience of a saint. He walked me through my first trip to the
bios. He helped me through my nervousness and we completed the task.
THANKS FOR EVERYTHING KELLY,
KIND REGARDS,
MS. DRUMBANGER

Kelly walked me thru changing the bios for 4 gigs of 1066 Dominator ram.
His patience was amazing as I fumbled thru his instructions, but we  were successful. So cool talking to one of the GURU'S of DS. He's a keeper.

Thanks both of you, and all the other great DS folks.

Ya, we all like to give Kelly a hard time, but that's because deep, deep, waay deep down we kinda like him.  Anybody who's spent more than ten minutes on the phone with him gets a pretty good idea that Kelly is the real deal.  He's a hard working, dedicated guy who honestly just wants to help.  Now sometimes his devotion to customer service gets him in Dutch with the corporate party line, buts that's when we end users need to remind DSO that despite the odd flaw here and there, (building his award-winning rig on the Company's premises - Dude, what were you thinking?)  they need to realize that Kelly's plus column is infinitely larger than his minus column.
If the Wigs at DSO would provide rough gems like Kelly with some lifeskills training to round out their mad computer skills, they'd assure themselves the dominant position in terms of reputation amongst boutique builders' customer service.  What kind of life-skills you ask?  Well, how about some personal financial management training for example.  I don't have to ask how Kelly's 401K is coming along when I read that he's spending the next two paychecks on more monitors for his flight-sim yet his car won't get him to work reliably.  And I realize it's certainly none of our business how Kelly spends his money, I'm just suggesting that to keep him from being a brilliant flame that snuffs out in a couple of years because he wasn't guided in the art of financial management, DSO should do what most successful companies do - identify the top 10% of your performers and groom them for positions of leadership and higher responsibility, and provide the rest with meaningful employment.
Bottom line is that it appears Kelly is giving his all to DSO, and I just hope they recognize that and help him to succeed in life.  Talk about your win-win scenario.
Just my $.02
