Headsets: Steelseries, Turtle Beach, or Razer?

So I have a set of Razer Orcas, but they are kind of low-end, and I wanted a new set of headphones. I was primarily looking at three different ones: Turtle beach Z6A, Steelseries Siberia V2, and the Razer Carcharias. The good thing about the Razer Carcharias is they are cheaper, but I know nothing about these headsets. If any you guys own/have owned any of these, any feedback would be much appreciated, or recommendations for other headphones, as long as they are full over-ear. Thanks!
