I'm thinking of getting an air cooler for my CPU i7 2600k and OC to about 4.5GHz. Which should i choose? Noctua D14 or Thermalright Silver Arrow? IMO i think that the SA is matching the asus p8p67 pro, but I've also heard about the great performance that D14 offers. Any help?

d14, silver arrow might come close to d14 but d14 wins, plus in low mode the d14 blows silver arrow out of the water.

I wanna order a ram cooler to maximize my OCs. would it fit? If not can i rotate the D14 90 degrees? So air is push upwards.

You don't need a ram cooler, what oc are you trying to go with? remember its not about heat, its about vcore, thats what kills your cpu.

i7 2600k to 4.5GHz. Can you tell me what is the recommended vcore for this clock to run stable? Oh ok then I will use a D14 with it without a ram cooler.

You are wasting your time looking at coolers, whatever you find at best is gonna be maybe 2 or 3c better then noctua if that, and no eclipse 2 is not better then noctua.

people have a 4.5Ghz oc with vcore lower then 1.4 with the 2600k.
