Here's one. You could probably downgrade to a E6750 and a GTX if you want to save money. CSS doesnt require a lot to run at all.
The only thing that keeps me wishing on a wishing star.

Definitely in the eye of the beholder - liquid cooling is not for me.
 
The thought of all that radiator fluid circulating around my electronics gives me the willies.
