Help me with my Future Rig

1. Budget is around 3000
2. Just being able to play newest games, don't want it to be to loud
3. Playing mostly FPS
4. Don't want it to run too loud.  And plenty of room in case

Only two things i'm not sure on is Case and Cooling system, I currently have the HAF X and after a while it started to become really loud so don't want want to go with that again.  I also don't know if I should go with this current liquid cooling i have below or if i should just go with the H100i.
any suggestions would really help

Hi CJ1988_3...    If you want a large case to work on then the Cosmo is certainly that.  Not sure what the noise level on it is. 
 
You didn't mention the monitor size or resolution you play on but if you're big into shooters, and some can bring a single card to its knees, I would consider changing the 6 core 3930k cpu with the 4 core 3820 and putting the saved $300 into a sli, 2x gtx 670 setup.  The 670 is almost equal to a 680 and sli 670 will almost double performance.  Games don't need 6 core cpu.  A single 680 will play most games on high to max on a 1920x1080 monitor.  If you want to stick with single card then keep what you have and if you need more then newer 7 series nvidia cards are a few months away, supposedly. 
 
Cooling.... Either will keep the chip cool, but your pick is true water cooling and requires some maintenance over time.   Not much but some.  The sealed H100i requires zero maintenance.  The stage 3 is a better unit with potentially better cooling, seperate pump, reservoir, etc,  so really up to you.

I would second bprat22's suggestion of moving "down" to the 3820, and getting SLI 670s. I think for your purposes this will give you a big boost.

For cooling, it kind of depends on your maintenance preference. The H100i will require less maintenance in the long run, however, they can be pretty loud. You can turn the fan down with the press of a button though. If noise is a major concern and you aren't dead set on liquid cooling, the Noctua NH-D14 is whisper quiet, just saying Chilling

On an unrelated side note, I'd be curious to hear about the noise problem with your HAF-X, I haven't seen this mentioned before.

Yea i'm pretty dead set on the 680 and 3930 both came highly recommended by my buddy who just bought a pc and says they work great and he loves them.  How hard is the maintenance on true water-cooling never dealt with it before?  if i go with the cosmos II and have to replace the fluid in water cooling like every six months with it will be really hard you thing since the case weighs so much by itself or is it pretty easy?

As for the case trouble with the HAF-X i have it could just be with the company i had build it, one of the fan is just really loud don't know why i clean out my case and everything. I hadn't found digital storm and i went with cyberpower big mistake horrible service didn't listen to any of my request on how i wanted it set up, When i get it one of the cases top fans didn't work, they put in a cheaper heatsink then what i ordered, and then when i called them they wanted me to do the work instead of them but i told them no and made them fix it.  wish i had found digital storm back then seem like lots of people love it

You don't have to replace the fluid every 6 months unless you have issues.  Every couple of years is good with topping off the reservoir when needed.   Fairly easy to work on.  Mostly, spread some rags around, pull the bottom fitting, let it drain into a container, reconnect and fill.   
 
Sounds like you received a HafX with defective, broken or swapped fans.  Never heard a complaint before.   
 
The 3930k and gtx 680 are great.  Sli gtx 670 is better. Hahaha
 
Whatever you go with, DS will do it right.   Strong

I have a two-year-old HAFX with SLI 570's that is used heavily for gaming by me and my two sons and it routinely impresses me
