Hello all, I'm a bit on the inexperienced side hoping to get some help.

Windows 10
Intel® Core™ i7-6700K Processor
16GB DDR4-2400 Memory
NVIDIA GeForce GTX Titan X 12GB
750W Power Supply
120mm Liquid Cooling CPU Cooler
ASUS Z170-K MB
256GB SSD + 1TB Hard Drive

Trying to make things compatible with the GTX Titan X.
Is my Power Supply and Cooling enough?
Is my 16GB memory and 256GB SSD enough?

Also searching for a 1920 x 1080 monitor, what response time and refresh rates would you recommend? And how about the diagonal inches, or would that not matter?

Well your memory would depend on what you need your computer to do. If you are doing just gaming you dont need more than 8 right now although i would get 16 just so you dont need to upgrade it later down the road but thats a personal preference .The hard drive space depends on how many programs you load onto your computer but it seems more than enough. The power supply seems good for the video card but dont quote me on that

As far as i can tell from the site they will check your system to make sure it wont be unstable as well.
