CryHEY GUYS! i need help with my Fan RGBS plz - so i recieved my Aventum X the other day April 9th. Been trying to get my Cooler Master MasterFan Halo (RGB Fans) (Remote Control Only) (14 Fans Total) to light up with the remote control but doesn't seem to do anything when i click on the buttons. but the Fan's are Spinning and showing up in the icue Software. 

(Not as important - Neither are my Light strips inside the case working.)

The only software that was installed was ICue due to having Commander Pro's for fan Controllers.  ICue Software: all that seems to appear in the ICue software are my RAM sticks, Three Corsair Commander Pro's and My Asus Mobo.

Here's my Build Configuration.

System Configuration:

Sorry about the issue. Check all the connections manually (visually not enough in my experience) in the rear and into the mobo (If you can). Shipping is rough!!
Hopefully someone with that system can chyme in  regarding the remote and iCUE settings.
And if all seems as it should be, contact DS for assistance.

Yeh, it seems a couple of wires have come undone. DS takes a pic of everything working before they send it out. It's normal that the Corsair iCue software doesn't see Coolermaster fans.

If no results, you'll have to see DS support.

Make sure the Commander Pro is set to some non Corsair fan setting in Lighting. Or try the different ones to see if one works.

did you get your RGB fan lights working? I just got mine in and same problem RGB fan lights nor light strips are working, now the controller

The led hub on the back was faulty. Digitastorm sent me a new one to hook up to replace the one i had and now they all work accordingly. Contant then to get a replacement led hub.
