I have an MSI MB with an i9-9900k running @47MHz on all cores.
The basic OC was done by DS. I did not pay to get the extreme OC done, which I now regret.
Can anyone with an MSI Bios point me in the right direction to get it up to 5 MHz on all cores safely?

I would find a youtube overclocking video with your specific motherboard and the 9900k. That's what I always do.

Also I remember your cooling method for the CPU plays a big role in how far you can overclock your computer.
