Hi cvSaint... That is an excellent build.

I would drop overclock to stage 1,probably all you'll get anyways and grab Windows 8. The latest DirectX drivers are Win 8 only.   And grab your free t-shirt.

Looks good to me too, I agree with bprat22's suggestions. I would also suggest, unless your are an audiophile, you don't really need a sound card. Usually, the onboard one is more then adequate. If you feel you want better audio, you might want to contact DS and do a price comparison between the Sabertooth with the SoundBlaster and an Maximus VI Formula. The Formula has an improved audio section, SSD Secure Erase(to restore them to full performance), 802.11ac built in, and a number of other very nice to have features.
