Help on selecting computer

I've never built a gaming rig before, and I'm planning to either get the Apollo, Bolt 3 or Bolt 3 Pro. It has to be a budget of under $2,500. I have already chosen the parts for all of the desktops, but I'm not sure which one would be worth the money. If anyone can help me choose what parts exactly I would need, please feel free do do so. What I'm planning to use the Desktop for is Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro) Animating (Adobe After Effects) and Photoshop. BTW I'm planning to buy it about a year from now if its not outdated =).
